A: Premade covers without text are delivered instantly as an automatic download as soon as your payment is confirmed. No waiting required. Check your confirmation email for your download link, or log in to your account and visit your order history to download your file at any time.

Q: How does the custom text process work?
A: Enter your title and author information at checkout, or send me your details afterward through the contact form or email us at team@storygraphix.com. Once I have your book title, author name, and any other text you'd like added, I'll create your personalized cover and deliver the final files by email within 1–3 business days. Revisions are included — I'll work with you until you're happy with the text result.

Q: What file formats will I receive?
A: All covers are delivered as high-resolution JPEG and PNG files at 300 px, aspect ratio 1600:2560. Amazon KDP requires a JPEG file for eBooks, and most other self-publishing platforms accept both JPEG and PNG.

Q: Can I use my cover for both my eBook and my print book?
A: Absolutely. One purchase covers all formats, and each cover is unique and never resold. You may use your high-resolution cover for your eBook, paperback, hardcover, or any other edition of the same book with no additional fees.

Q: Are your covers exclusive?
A: Yes. Every cover in my shop is sold only once and never resold. Once you purchase a cover, it is permanently removed from the shop, so your cover will always be uniquely yours.

Q: Do your covers use AI?
A: Yes, and I'm proud to be transparent about it. All artwork begins as AI-generated imagery and is then significantly edited, enhanced, including the text typography, and refined using premium software, including sometimes Gigapixel and Affinity. The result is a polished, professional cover at a price that fits most indie authors' budgets.

Q: Can I add text to a blank/text-free cover myself?
A: Yes. Blank covers are ready to download immediately after purchase, so you can add your own title and author name using tools like Canva (free), Adobe Photoshop, Affinity Publisher, or BookBrush. If you'd prefer I add the text for you, that service is included in the purchase price. 

Q: How does the proofing process work for custom text orders?
A: Once I email a proof of your custom text and typography for approval, I'll wait up to one week for your response. If I don't hear back within that time, I'll go ahead and deliver the final high-resolution files by email so your order isn't delayed.

Q: Do you accept returns or cancellations on digital files?
A: Due to the nature of digital downloads, no refunds or cancellations can be offered. If there's any problem with your file, please reach out through the contact form or email us, and I'll work with you to resolve it as quickly as possible.
